Terms of Service

Welcome to JS Auto Masters Mobile Detailing. By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1) Services

• All services are cosmetic detailing (no mechanical/electrical repairs).
• Technicians use professional products and tools; results depend on vehicle condition.

2) Customer Responsibilities

• Provide safe access to the vehicle at the scheduled time and location.
• Remove valuables before service; we’re not responsible for items left inside unless reported in advance.
• Pay the agreed price before or upon completion of service.

3) Rectifications

• Free rectifications within 5 days if caused by our workmanship.
• After 5 days, rectifications may incur a 20–30% service charge.
• Rectifications are performed at our facility in Lindenhurst, NY, unless otherwise agreed.

4) Liability

• Liability for proven damages caused by our staff is limited to 200% of the service price.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or mechanical/electrical issues.

5) Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Please notify us as early as possible if you need to reschedule.
• Same-day cancellations may incur a fee.
